1. Don't depend on crafting professions

You can only make a few items and craft some depending on the class you chose. Most of the items through which you can make great profits are not accessible at lower levels. 2. Use gathering professions

You get 100% profit in gathering professions, as you can collect your own materials without the need of crafting them yourself. 3. Spare items with grey text for auction house

The grey text items may be part of a profession. So, hold on to it and try to sell it at an auction house instead of selling it to a vendor. You may get money twice its value if higher level players are searching for it or if the item that you secured is rare.
