WoW Gold Addon: Trade Skill Master

The wow gold addon Trade Skill Master (TSM) is probably the Auction House and professions addon for WoW when it comes to earning's gold. Due to the many already available on other websites instructions, I save it to me to repeat the whole thing again and leave it with an addon description with links to the "best" Trade Skill Master instructions.
